Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

At Orovia Jewels, customer satisfaction is our priority. Every product undergoes quality inspection before dispatch. In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged product, please follow the policy below.

Reporting a Damaged Product

  • Any claim for a damaged product must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
  • The customer must not wear, use, repair, or alter the product after receiving it.
  • A clear unboxing or inspection video showing the damage must be shared with our customer support team, along with the order details and any additional photographs if requested.
  • Requests submitted after 48 hours of delivery or without sufficient evidence may not be eligible for review.

Verification Process

  • Upon receiving your claim and supporting evidence, our team will conduct a thorough review.
  • Orovia Jewels reserves the right to verify the authenticity of the claim before approving any return, refund, or exchange.

Return of the Product

  • If your claim is approved, you will be provided with instructions for returning the product.
  • The product must be returned in its original condition, along with all original packaging, certificates, and accessories (if applicable).
  • Products that have been worn, damaged due to misuse, or modified in any way will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Refund Policy

  • If the returned product is verified and approved after inspection, the refund will be processed only after Orovia Jewels receives the product back.
  • Refunds will be issued through the original payment method or any other method deemed appropriate by Orovia Jewels, subject to applicable processing timelines.

Exchange Policy

  • If an exchange is approved, Orovia Jewels will arrange a replacement for the same product or an equivalent product, subject to stock availability.
  • If the requested replacement is unavailable, the company may offer an alternative solution at its discretion.

Right to Reject Claims

Orovia Jewels reserves the right to reject any return, refund, or exchange request if:

  • The claim is reported more than 48 hours after delivery.
  • The product has been worn, used, repaired, or altered.
  • The customer fails to provide a clear video or other required evidence.
  • The inspection determines that the damage occurred after delivery due to improper handling or misuse.
